Tim became a Registered Massage Therapist to do work he truly loves – helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. What started as a completely new path for him and graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, he realized he had found a new passion in his life and now his goal is to be the best massage therapist he can be.
He specializes in helping athletes and active individuals improve performance, decrease pain, and reduce unnecessary muscle tension. His techniques involve combining soft tissue manipulation with targeted stretching to improve mobility and tailor a personalized session that leaves you moving stronger and feeling better.
While he may not have competed professionally, he strives to live an active lifestyle and understands the dedication it takes to stay fit and to push his limits. Having transformed his own health through weight training, running, and consistent training, he understands the difficulties of being a beginner, and the determination of a pro. This personal journey gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to achieve goals and overcome challenges.
