Sharon became a Registered Massage Therapist after graduating from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, building upon her strong foundation as a yoga instructor since 2019. Her years of experience in yoga have deepened her understanding of movement, posture, and body awareness, qualities she integrates into her massage practice. This combination allows her to approach each treatment with both technical precision and mindful presence.
Throughout her practice, Sharon has developed a treatment style that is fluid, grounding and deeply calming. Her sessions range from relaxation-focused to therapeutic, blending Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques and targeted stretching to relieve tension, improve mobility, and restore balance. She has worked with clients experiencing shoulder and back pain, muscle tightness, postural imbalances and stress-related discomfort, always tailoring her approach to meet individual needs.
Sharon’s philosophy centers on helping clients reconnect with their bodies and find harmony between strength and ease. Outside the treatment room, she continues to nurture her passion for movement through yoga and snowboarding, you might even bump into her on the mat or the slopes.
