Pha-Ly (pronounced Pah-lee) graduated from University of Toronto with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2006. She incorporates manual therapy, active exercises, Mulligan/McKenzie concepts, neuromobilization, cupping therapy, kinesio taping and contemporary acupuncture techniques in her treatments.
In her space time, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors and discovering new recipes. Her philosophy is to treat injuries holistically. A dysfunction in a single body part would affect the whole movement system. Her ultimate goal is to put the pieces back together to improve the quality of life for her patients.
