Kat Wong-You

Kat graduated from Centennial College for Registered Massage Therapy, putting to work her love for anatomy, biomechanics and movement. She enjoys continuing her life-long journey of learning.

Kat has a long history of competing and coaching different sports, starting with long distance running, completing multiple half marathons. Then switching to Muay Thai, she competed for 4 years, ending in a meniscus tear which started her interest in sport rehabilitation. Moving to strength sports, Kat competed in Crossfit and Strongman across Ontario, training in Durham, Toronto, New York and Norway. Through coaching and experience, she has a strong understanding of common injuries, maintenance and prevention. She spent over a decade working in group fitness and personal training, bringing activity to every age and fitness level.

This inspired her approach to massage therapy: assessing the whole body, movement and history to determine the best care for each client. Kat’s client-centred approach to wellness focuses on working together to meet each person’s goals.
