Christopher Tran is a Registered Massage Therapist with a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. His passion for optimizing the human body began on the water, as a strength coach for the UW dragon boat team and an athlete competing with Canada’s national dragon boat team. This experience, combined with his training in powerlifting, gave him a firsthand understanding of how the body performs and recovers, whether under athletic load or the strain of everyday life.
Today, Christopher applies that same performance-focused mindset to his work as an RMT. He understands that the principles of recovery aren’t just for athletes. Having spent countless nights at a desk himself, he knows the unique body strain you get from being locked to a chair. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a competitive athlete, or are navigating the demands of a desk job, he takes a goal-driven and individualized approach to your care.
His treatments often blend deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release with practical, movement-based strategies. Christopher believes real progress is a team effort, built on honest feedback, clear direction, and mutual trust.
When he’s not in the clinic, Christopher enjoys exploring the world, caring for his bonsai trees, and climbing the ladder in TFT. In or out of game, he approaches everything with a dedicated focus and long-term vision.
