Amelia is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) that graduated from Bryan College. She is a former personal trainer and powerlifter who wanted to share her passion for health and wellness with others, and has now turned to massage therapy in order to do so. She believes that there can be great influence with the power of touch and how it can impact body recovery, boost relaxation and decrease stress.
In her practice, Amelia performs Swedish massage, deep tissue work, and cupping. She caters her
treatments to each individual based on their personal needs and works with them to achieve their goals. As someone who believes that movement is just as important as treatment, she also uses her knowledge in stretching and training to further assist her clients with different ways to reach their goals outside of the clinic.
Amelia is experienced working with individuals looking for recovery from motor vehicle
accidents, deep tissue massage, and relaxation. On her spare time, Amelia loves to boulder, read novels and upcycle old clothes by sewing and making new ones.
