Alexandra is committed to helping people achieve their goals and live their best lives. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, Alexandra also completed a Master of Science focused on Clinical Biomechanics and a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University.
Alexandra has a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, having completed post-graduate courses in advanced orthopaedic manual therapy.
Alexandra has experience working with a diverse population, including paediatrics, high level athletes, and older adults, as well treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Notably, Alexandra has a keen interest in sports rehabilitation, having worked with National-level athletes and enthusiastic weekend warriors alike. Alexandra uses a combined approach of manual therapy, exercise prescription, cupping therapy, and education.
Her commitment is to not just treat injuries but to truly understand her clients’ needs and help them return to the activities they love the most. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Alexandra trying out new food places across the city, or spending time with her friends, family and her dog, Luna.
