Jeff completed Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Human Kinetics, after which he went on to complete a Master of Health Science in Physiotherapy, all at the University of Ottawa.

Jeff is an advocate for evidence-based approaches and individualized care to cater to clients’ specific needs. He strives to help clients get back to optimal function and achieve their personal goals. His treatment style consists of manual therapy techniques and promotes the importance of exercises and movement in the rehab process.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Jeff at the gym, catching up on movies/TV, or hanging out with friends. He also has a background in soccer and Karate.
