Dr. Sara strongly values open communication, and strives to create a warm, supportive environment where individuals feel understood and encouraged. Her goal is always to help people move better, feel better, and build confidence in their bodies, whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic issues, or striving to elevate their everyday function.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sara stays active through strength training, pilates, soccer, and beach volleyball. She loves spending quality time with her friends, family, and her dog, and enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance. She believes that movement, meaningful relationships, community and curiosity are essential for a well-rounded lifestyle.
